DrotX Refund/Return & Exchange Policy

At DrotX, we take pride in offering high-quality, long-lasting fragrances. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return and exchange process. 30-day money-back guarantee

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, with at least 90% of the content remaining in the bottle.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us via Call/WhatsApp at +92 302 7747763 or at support@drotx.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions.
  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 working days after receiving the returned product.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are not applicable as it is free from our side, however, customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanges or returns.
  • If the product was damaged, leaked, or incorrect when you received it, we will cover all return/exchange shipping charges.

4. Product Condition & Deductions

  • Negligible use (less than 10%) – No deductions.
  • More than 10% used – Not eligible for return/exchange.
  • In case of any damage or defect, the same must be informed with proof within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

5. Cancellation of the Order

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
